clean ass engine bay...

damn!! how did this guy get his engine bay so clean looking? I know he got rid of his a/c but what else? I would like to know how to do this?

Evil type r's white engine bay, 3/4 down the page is the one im reffering to.

Looks like he hid most of his wires and the windshield wiper fluid tank is gone. That's about all I can tell; but it's mostly the wires being hidden.

wow... all i have to say is "da-amn".

just a newbie question, but what are the polished flanges on the backside of the engine? are those super-short indevidual intake ports for each cylinder?

interesting idea... how hard/expensive is that to do? i'd imagine you'd need to do something about the oxygen sensor... does that also preclude the use of a turbo or supercharger?

ok, here's mine at it's ricey stage

and after a few hours


the rest of my plans were to relocate battery to the trunk, get a CAI, remove abs, and then reroute the wiring harness inside the fenders but I never had a chance to.

Relocate the battery, remove the washer fluid lines and resevior, relocate the radiator overflow, cut extend and run all wiring through the chassis, re-route brakelines to and from prop valve, remove all brackets, and bolts from bay, remove A/C, and P/S along with all associated mounts, brackets and lines.
