Can't move passenger seat forward/backward

I've got a 97 Cavalier and the mechanism that moves the seat forward/backward got all screwed up somehow. Does anybody have a pic/link as to how it is "supposed" to look? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

one time that happend to my 90' cavalier someone sticked a penny into my seat!!!!!!!!!!!
