2000 Chevy Z71 Programmer
I have a 2000 chevy Z71. I recently bought a hypertech programmer for my truck. I was wondering if any body else has changed their shift points. If you have changed them what do you think the best setting is. The option on the programmer is +/- MPH on each 1-2 shift, 2-3 shift, & 3-4 shift. Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks.

Re: 2000 Chevy Z71 Programmer
I set mine at +3 +8 and let the last one alone. I also had to change the rev limiter from 5200 to 5500. I have a V6 though and this combo worked best for me. Do a search for the V8 someone posted some pretty good settings for one awhile back I'll see if I can find it and sticky it.
