Original exhaust?
I was just curious what exhaust would have originally been on my 95 9C1. When I bought it had dual flowmasters with two resonators behind the wheels and it dumps right where the factory exhaust does. Could this be original? It looks factory from the outside....I think Im going to remove the resonators and install stainless turndowns in the factory location....

Re: Original exhaust?
I don't think that Flowmasters were O.E. The pipes from your system may be stock though. I've heard alot about getting 'drone' from removing the resonators on a B-body, especially if you don't have an H-pipe or a crossover... If you want specific info about your car you may want to check out this forum too....

Well it does have a crossover and there's no drone or interior resonance. It sounds great inside and out, but it could be a little louder....Im crossed between making it sound better or keeping it as original as possible. I want it to look like a po car inside and out, but man it would sound good with out those resonators....
