Question Brake Light Fuse

I dropped my boat trailer in the water and forgot to disconnect the trailer electrical from my 99 Chev Suburban. Brake Lights no longer work on Suburban. Lights and Signals are OK. I found the fuse relay center under the hood, but the only thing that has anything to do with brakes is a one inch square that says Brake Light Relay and that block is empty ?. I was expected a standard 20 or so AMP fuse for Brake Lights. Any ideas on what I am missing here ? Is there another fuse somewhere ?
