Please help

Ok, I've got a 93 V6 XLE camry. So i go to start the car everything fine, i put it in drive and the rpm's jump up and down about 4 times. I accelrate and the car chugs, like a 1st time driver, you know accelrate break. But im not braking it just chugs for about 4 seconds then its fine. When i stop at stop lights, the damn thing chugs on take off! So whats the problem new spark plugs? fuel cleaner? what i have no clue please help!!

Is your check engine light on?
If so get the code, start there.
'93 over 100k? last tune?
or tank of bad gas?
