Post 1995 Mustang Convertible

Hey,
My rag top does not open any more and I am looking for some technical info on how to repair it . Does any one have a clue where I can find some technical info about it? Any advice?

I'm just guessing but it sounds like your conv motor is out. Its located in the trunk, you will have to remove a lot of the carpet back there to get to it. I would put 12v across it and see what it does. If it does nothing its the motor. Here is a web site you can start with.

Yep sounds like the motor is fried. Ebay might not be a bad place to look either.
