Fuses and Power Outlet

I have a 2002 Neon and I am trying to plug my CD player into my cigarette lighter for power.

I can't seem to get any power at all and can't figure out if a fuse is blown as it does not seem to be labelled on the fuse panel.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you have a light tester , pull the lighter socket out and test the power wire going to it, if there's power to the wire then go buy the socket part at autozone.
