I have actually met the guy that did this. He did it as a mockery to all the riced out Honda's in the Phoenix area. He used 10 or 12" AC duct piping and moved the license plate up onto the trunk lid. It is actually a hilarious sight in person. I haven't seen the guy or the car for about a year though. That pic was taken at NOPI nationals in '99 or 2000 when it was at Firebird raceway.
Oh and it doesn't say CRX, is says DX.
