93 with 3.8 engine problem

I've got a 93 with the 3.8 engine. Every time I mash on the gas a little, such as to go up a hill, the engine starts shaking or jumping(for lack of better words). I'm pretty sure its not the tranny as it seems to be working smoothly. A friend suggested it could be either injector(s) that needed cleaning or spark plug(s) that are fouling out. Anyone want to shed some light on my problem? Thanks

Could be the distributor pickup also.
HArd to diagnose this and fix.
Run some Techron in the gas and replace the plugs, cap and rotor!

Re: 93 with 3.8 engine problem

I had this problem before with a Chrysler. I not only replaced the spark plugs, but the wires also. No more problems after that.
