i want to run a bov that vents to the atmosphere without dealing with the engine running like crap when it blows off. will replacing then MAS with a MAF or blow thru unit solve this problem? thanks guys

Re: bov question
If you run a blow through unit, the BOV has to be before the MAFS so the MAFS doesn't meter air that will be blown off.
throttle body-----MAFS----BOV-----turbo----air filter you could just use a SAFCII though.

Re: bov question
depends on what kind of car you have. eclipse, you have a mafs on the airbox, and have to buy a maft and gm mafs to compisate for the air being discharged. what do you have, an eclipse or what it says on your profile?
