Re: screw cops

$75... that's nothing
Never talk back to the cops, or really say anything, save it for the court if anything.

Re: screw cops

like being pulled over. Unless you know the cops, I don't think he pulled you over just to mess with you, so dont mess with him.

Yeah, it is true that cops put their life on the line, and they serve and protect and so on, but i think their whole danger thing is a little exageratted. I was in police training for three years and knew a lot of the ones in my city, and i found out that being a police officer is only the 7th or 8th most dangerous of jobs. i dont remember exactly, but i do remember that the FIRST most dangerous is a SEWAGE WORKER. I dont see too many of them at cerimonies and praised as heros...lol. i might be off a bit and it was like 4 years ago when i got this info so dont scream at me if its a bit off plz. Dont get me wrong i totally respect police, i just thought i would throw that in there..

Re: screw cops

Dude don’t even get me started on tickets!!! 38 of them since I was 16 and now I am 27... In all these years I have owned only sports cars... 1 300zx, 1 3000gt, 2 mustangs, and 3 z28s... All I can say is the one I have received the most in is the 00 Red Z28 I have now... And most of the time I drive very well and do the speed limit... I do give cops credit and understand they have a job to do but man sometimes I just want to yell at them for stupid shit they pull me over for...

Funny thing happened last week: my g/f was driving my car to go pick up something’s from her house... Well when she was leaving a cop passed her and turned around and started following her for about 10 to 15 miles... She was scared because they do this all the time to us... Sometimes they follow check the plates and go do something else or they have a problem with me and the car they wish they could have... Anyways this women cop pulls her over and my g/f friend gets out of the car and starts yelling at the cop, why did you pull me over? I wasn’t doing anything wrong! The car is not illegal! The black outs aren’t on the car! I wasn’t speeding! I saw you turn around and follow me forever! I’m tired of ya'll harassing me just cause I have a red sports car!!! Well this women cop replies right back, your car is illegal; you do not have a front license plate... My g/f walks to the front of the car and points, what’s that??? And says, I'm going home now, bye!!! She gets in the car and drive off... LOL… Woman can get away with anything but she did this with a women cop...

Re: screw cops

I'll tell you what, you are entitled to your opinion, but keep this in mind, an oklahoma state officer was brutally beaten on a traffic stop where the guy was only going 8 over and she was going to give him a warning, she nearly died and had to have reconstructive surgery, another oklahoma officer was shot in the chest on a traffic stop before he had a chance to contact the driver, he shot the driver 9 times. The driver lived and the officer died. An officer from my agency was attacked while on foot patrol one night several months ago and was injured fairly badly. Another officer from my agency was murdered by an intoxicated driver. You are entitled to your opinion but before you say that this job's danger is exagerated, I would like to see you deal with a domestic violence call, fight in progress, an armed robery such as I dealt with last night. I would like to see you approach a full size van with dark tinted windows in the middle of the night alone with no idea of what could be waiting for you inside that van as you approach. Do my job for one month and then tell me what you think.......

I do respect each and every one of you and thank you for doing your job... I also understand what you go through each and every time you make a traffic stop and what must run through your head while walking up to the car with your hand on your pistol... I would not do your job but not for the reasons you may think... Just remember you have a choice in what you do for a living and I do thank you for that...
