I recently rechared to a/c on my 91 Acura Integra. Now, when you push the a/c button on the dash, it will blow the fuse for the a/c, but not every time. You can "jump" the compressor to the battery and it blows cold air and work fine. Checked wiring under hood and replaced relays to a/c compressor behind drivers headlight with no success. Could it be the dash controls? Comments anyone?

Re: a/c fuses
All right guys, here's an update. I replaced the A/C controls in the dash. I still blow a fuse when I hit the A/C button. I have called myself checking the wires for a possible "bare" spot that could cause a short, with no luck. Is there a particular spot that is prone to rub a wire? Comments, Please!

Re: a/c fuses
check the wires going for the battery to the a/c button and from the a/c button to the a/c itself. if u have not problem running the a/c to the battery, then the problem is in the line somewhere.
