91 Jimmy coolant leaking into A/C

I don't know if it's even possible for the coolant to leak into the A/C system, but I keep losing coolant, and my A/C is blowing some funny smelling stuff into the cabin. Sometimes I can even see a white haze coming from the vents, and I don't think it's because the air is really cold. The A/C system was recharged about a year and a half ago.

Any ideas if these two things are related, or how I might go about fixing either. Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

the only way i think that can happen is through the heater hose.if you do not need the heater block the hose off.you will find them on the water pump there are two of them hope this help.

Yeah, that's about the only thing I could think off, too. I was able to get my hands on a service manual, and it looks like it is the heater core or one of the hoses leading to the heater core. So I'll have to get in there and see exactly what is going on. Hopefully the heater core isn't too expensive to replace.

Thanks for the help.
