Phantom Grip LSD and Carbon Fiber
I got on NOPI.com and looked around and they have the Phantom Grip LSD for something like 300$,
http://www.nopionline.com/promo/phan_grp_promo.htm does it actually work? or does anyone know anything about this? also I'm interested in putting my car on a diet w/o losing any features. I've taken out the backseat before and its not hard to do at all and it saves 20lbs but the night i did it i needed to take people home afterwards and the frame gets too hot to sit on it ( i didn't take out the seatbelts so it wasn't totally illegal) for carbon fiber hoods etc. how safe is it if someone DOES decide to pull out in front of me, i assume it isn't as safe as the oem hood, but is it suicidal? ne one that wants to help out thanks also, where on the tach is the best place to launch? i launch b/t 3-4k normally and its hell on my tires, but i can just about kill any car (around here) off the line

Re: Phantom Grip LSD and Carbon Fiber
The phantom grip performs as well as it costs. It is a simple design, but no where near as sophisticated as a Quaife or KAAZ LSD.
A CF hood is not suicidal. |
