Ok, please be patient.

What is the difference between the 1995 and 1996 4.3 liter.
Im very sure this has been posted a million time but I searched for like an hour and couldnt find it.

I am trying to find performance mods and it seems like the 1995 4.3 is a bastard engine. So what can I change to make mine into a 1996.

Or what mods can I get to gain some good HP?

I am hoping to get mine so I can run a supercharger.

Thats why I want to know what the differences are.

yip, 1995 = no supercharger

So, no one can tell me the difference between the 95 and 96 4.3 liter???
How about a link to somewhare that has V8 install kits, cause this 200hp at the crank aint gonna get it after the M3 is gone.

1996 has a different fuel injection system that you can use a supercharger on.

can you install a custom supercharger on there? i heard the Whipple used to make one for the CPI's, got sued and aren't able to make them any more.
