96 Voyager, Rear Air/Heat

Hi guys,
Have done some research on this site and recently replaced the resistor on the blower so that I could once again have a fan that worked on a speed other than high. It was an easy fix, although the plug-in was somewhat melted and I needed to put 2 new wires and plugs to get it done right. Now that I have that fixed, I was wondering if anyone could offer a suggestion on how to get my rear blower to work. It currently works only on high, I am just guessing that it is a similar situation to the one I just fixed on the front, but where would this resistor be located? Anyone know?
