FTO specs

I'm currently based on the eastern coast of the united states (unfortunatly for me) and this has made it incredibly hard for me to get my hands on some final bits of information that i would need to show the Department of Transportation over here so i can have the car. I was wondering if anybody or anyone would have some idea of where i can get the Crash Test info on the fto and help me on my way to being a USA owner of the fto who knows mayble ill start a trend with the thing
