what do you prefer.. supplement, diet, etc?

For all the serious people who work out and have seen huge improvements,
what do you reccomend, as far as supplement such as creatine, NO2, test boosters, protein, or even your diet
ive tried creatine and notice a huge growth in my size and body mass
and i tried a nitric oxide based product and notice a huge increase in strenght and size,
leave feedback

Re: what do you prefer.. supplement, diet, etc?

I tried creatine a while back and it made a big difference. I quit though cause I'm not trying to get big.

i did creatine back in highschool, and it does make u huge and stronger. But when stoping i noticed a decrease in some mass as well. I suggest muliti vitimens and a more natural protien based suppliments.
