The whole door panel actually has to come off. Youll have to remove the screw cap located on the defrost vent, inside the door handle, and the actual door handle insert. I find a razor blade works best for popping out the screw caps. Besides the screw behind the defrost vent and inside the door handle theres also 2 screws located on the side of the door where the cloth/leather wraps around the door panel, 2 underneath the door panel, 2 inside the door panel, and 2 inside the door handle insert. After all these are taken out, pull the door panel up and it should slide right out. Oh yeah, one more thing...youll have to disconnect the window switch and slide the door handle through the upholstery.
