98 7.4 cranks 20 sec. before starting

Any ideas?Pump is 1 year old.Filter is 1 month old.4 new o2 sensors.115k
on truck.HELP!!!! I'm ready to drop it off @ the dealer.

It sounds like the fuel pressure regulator.

can you hear the pump start when you turn the key on? If you can't try swapping relays
