check engine light

My check engine light came on in my 1997 Tiburon FX. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong wtih the car, as of now.
Does anyone know where I can reset the switch?
If there is something wrong, what can it be? what can I check? where is the PCV valve located?

Did you put your gas cap on right? Sometimes that will cause a CEL. Also disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that helps.

I'll take off the gas cap and put in back on again.
Won't disconnecting the battery screw up other things?

no, you will probably have to reset your clock that's all.
