1985 Riv torsion bars

anyone know about these? i need to raise the front of the car to match the rear because of oversized tires. there are two bolts, one under each front seat that are connected to a 'wing' is this what i use to make adjustments?

Yes. However, it may not be as easy as it seems. Don't forget it's just good practice to have the front end re-aligned.
