new tires
Just got new tires on my ga, the Bridgestone Fuzion ZRi Tires.
I went by the reviews on www.1010tires.com, they were better than the michelin as ones. Tire is nice, rides very confortably, but when I hit 120km the car starts shaking, it wasn't this bad even with the old goodyear tires. I took it back to the tire shop, the rebalanced all wheels, but it still shaking after 120Km. Size 225/50/16 original rims. The rims are in perfect condition. I'm wondering if this "shaking" could be something wrong with the suspension or something. Any suggestions??? Thanks |

Re: new tires
could be that u got a bad tire. Possibly the cords inside might be off-center. Usually if this is the case tho the car pulls one way or the other along with the vibration.

Re: new tires
how bad is the shaking, is it in the steering wheel or the whole entire car? try taking it to a different tire shop and see what they say, mechanics in general dont like to own up to selling a bad part or service so getting the opion of a different technician might help.

It starts with only the steering wheel, around 110Km/h then around 130Km/h the entire car starts shaking.
The shop seems to think that is something wrong in the front end. |
