Flat black......
Was just curious as to the best flatblack paint i can buy to paint my car......money is an issue, but i dont want to just spray can it on....... my dads friend will be doing the prepping and painting i just have to find what paint i want, so any suggestions, tips, or anything else you would like to throw in would rock. thanks fellas and ladies!

are you wanting black primer, or do you want your car to have an old school suede black like finish?

Well what would it take to have the oldschool suede look i dont really know what that is, but if not yes the primer but i dont want it to rust and shit..........

You could have it sprayed with PPG black primer/sealer and it wouldnt rust or anything. Runs around $30 quart at most paint supply shops. Maby a little less if you live in a city. Probably take two-three quarts depending on the sprayer. Primer is usually sprayed thicker than color coat.
Suede is a flat black paint job basicly. You see it expecially on old street rods and its gaining popularity again, its much more involved and expensive.
