delsol si had the d16z6
delsol vtec had the coveted b series, and is very rare

Ok, 'cause I just went and got my z6 head off a del sol in a salvage yard and I just wanted to make sure, so I went and moved all the sludge off the engine code and I saw the "z6" and thought that's all I needed to see... then just now I realized there might be a d15z6 and I just screwed myself. but It does have the vtec solenoid, so I'm good then right?

sad thing is here in yakima wa we have like 10 of the delso vtec with the b motor in it and there all drugy people with them it sucks

Don't worry, you got yourself a normal D16z6 SOHC VTEC 12?HP head just like the ones in the 5th gen Si's. You are all good y0!
