Question 96 Blazer Horn Not Working

My 96 S-10 Blazer Horn is not working. I bought a service manual to look up the problem but there is nothing on the horn. First off, where is it located and what could possibly be wrong?

Check your horn relay. Sometimes they stick when the weather is humid or they are going bad. Look in your service manual for the location which is probably on the firewall. I think the horns are located on one of the front fenders.

ok, this will sound weird but try it to test.

First, check the horn fuse.

Second, hold the horn down and turn the wheel at the same time.

If it all of a sudden goes off only in certain places, the dragging contact is just dirty.
