question about buying a 95 300 TT

i was looking into buying a 95 twin turbo 300zx. Having never owned one I wanted to know how they hold up mileage wise. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: question about buying a 95 300 TT

the general idea floating around here says that if they're taken care of well and properly maintained they can last up to 200k miles... try doing a search, this question seems to be asked all the time

I have a 95 TT with 137k on the chassis and is awaiting a new engine. The cars themselves hold up great provided the previous owners weren't smagging idiots and tore up the engines doing stupid stuff like running 16 psi on stock engines while negelecting to maintain them. The rest of the car is in great shape, the leather is near perfect as is the carpet and rest of the interior panels and pieces. The paint is also near perfect save a few minor rock chips in the hood, most on the plastic center piece covering the air box. Not bad for 9 years and 137k on the original paint. Not driven too hard and well maintained it should make 200k easy.

Re: question about buying a 95 300 TT

i have 133k on my car and my interior is in good condition and my paint is original and hase a few chips in the front. my engine is running great. z's are sports cars, and like every sports car, if you don't take care of them, they will break down.
