2000 T&C Door Handle Broke (Mirror too!)

Hi. The door handle on the rear drivers side sliding door snapped off of my 2000 T&C limited. I am wondering how easy the part is to replace. Will I need to take it to a dealer or is it something I can buy online and replace easily myself? If I can replace it myself do you know a good place to purchase the part. Also, will the replacement part come with instructions? (BTW, I am fairly handy around the house, but never work on my car.)

In addition to the door handle, I hit my passenger side mirror and broke that too. The dealer wants $450 to replace the part! Does that seem reasonable? I looked online briefly and it seems the part can be purchased for about $125. How easy is it to replace the part myself? It is an electric mirror.
