92 Camry driver door lock

My daughter has a 92 Camry that has the driver side door locked closed. Neither the key lock, the inside door lock, nor the electric lock switch will unlock the door. It seems the problem is mechanical in nature, like something has jammed the lock.

My questions:

1) Can a dealer or I open the door in another way, allowing us to work on the mechanism?

2) Is it possible to get into the door through the door panels with the door closed

3) Has anyone got any suggestions what so ever?

There is a tool that locksmiths, police, and of course burglars use that unlocks car doors. It is a long thin metal shaft that slides between the door and the glass and catches the lock inside and pulls it up. Some cars may block this but you could call and ask a locksmith they may know which cars it works on and which not.
