birdautomotive.com and autochic.com both have 8 armrests for sale. I saw a very decent looking arm rest for the Z4 that appeared to be easily adapted/modified to fit an 8 at leatherz.com I believe it is called the Mark I. I do not have one or desire one for my car, but there are some options.
