torque specs

tomorrow im painting my valve cover, and buffing out the honda and vtec logos............what i need to know is how ft lbs of torque the bolts back down to when i put it back on?

thanks for the help man....im gonna do it tomorrow, if they have gaskets in stock at the local parts stores.....ill have pictures up in a few days
