HELP!! 1994 SHO Water Pump

Does anyone know how to change the water pump in a 1994 SHO? Evidentally, water has leaked onto the crank sensor from the water pump ausing the car not to start. Teh dealer wants 550.00 to fix it ajnd was wondering if I could do it myself. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

water pump change

i have a 94 atx sho
my water pump was leaking and causing the car to shut down for about 20 minutes at a time.
i had a garage do it because you should replace the crankshaft position sensor at the same time.
the water shorting out the sensor does damage to the sensor.
the garage changed the waterpump, crank sensor and timing belt
it was a 6 hour job for them so i wouldnt have even tried it.
but if your mechanically inclined im sure you can find some directions from the alldata source through www.autozone.com
hope this helps you
bryan
