need help with body trim removal

I am trying to take the fenders off a 93 del sol. The bottom two bolts are located under the trim which is located under the door. I removed the plastic "bolts" located on the bottom of the car, but I still can't get the trim to budge. Do I need a special tool? I don't want to break the trim, but I need to get it off. Any suggestions?
