p10 lowering

Hey I'm a total newbie when it comes to technical car stuff.......I'm a computer person myself.....but I have a 93.5 G20 and I just got 17" Enkei CDR9's on it and it looks pretty sick....now I just need to drop it like 1.5-2 inches to get rid of the gap bewtween the wheel well and tires........I don't wanna have to go sideways over speedbumps or anything, I just need to get rid of the gap. So what's the best value on a lowering kit or whatever I need? I kinda wanna stay cheap cuz I don't have a whole lot of $$$ to blow on this........thanks for the feedback.

I'd recommend maybe something like a set of H&R lowering springs for your G. Something that lowers your car enough and not to the extreme like the intrax springs, as they are too low, with not a high enough spring rate, so you bottom out rather easily. Eibachs are a good choice too, but.. they are discontinued and very tough to find, i believe you'd have to find a used set at this point.

I'm not sure, I havn't heard anything about those yet... I'm sure they'd be better than the intrax, but i'm truthfully not sure, anyone else running HKS springs on the board? I thought i've saw one or two people say they are, i'd probably ask them... if you can find them.

I have the HKS springs on my P10, paired with some KYB AGX's...I love the springs, and have had no complaints with them. They're fairly stiff, especially when compared to the Intrax's...also, it lowered the car about 1.5 inches or so...anyways, I'm very happy with my HKS springs.
