Also, Installing front stereo speakers

I've managed to put speakers in the back, but I'm afraid to take the trim off the front doors, for fear that I'd break the window crank or the handle or lock or the glass falling out or something. Has anyone got instructions and/or a diagram/pictures for doing this?

this is simple, just make sure you take out all the screws and take the crank off, you wll have to buy a pin remover o get the pin off the crank, of bend a air of tweezers then lift up on the panel and pull strait off i did it, its simple
