searching gm's techlink website

This may be helpful to some folks. If you want to see if gm techlink has any info about your problem, type the following into google:

[your search words] site:http://service.gm.com filetypedf

Hope someone finds this helpful for something.

Everytime I try to get into the service manuals or forums section, it asks for a user ID, so I pretty much can't get anywhere.

I just looked at this and it seems that AF's computer has replaced the . p with a smiley face. In other words, it is supposed to read . . . filtype(dot)pdf
