Mis Fireing

please help,
I have a 3800 Series II, OBD is displaying Mis fire on cylinder1 , Ihave already replaced all plugs and wires, both O2 sensors and all three Coils. this however did not fix my problem. can somebody point me in the right direction.

Might be in the Injector~ Might want to pull them and have them tested , and test that cylinder with a noid light...

Thank you, it worked. I found injector 1 was not working at all. I found a break in the power wire. now the car runs great, Thank you once again.
