CD changer connection question...

I want to use my iPod in my 2004 Silverado (2500HD-extended cab-bucket seats) by buying an adapter that plugs into the CD changer connection of the factoryCD/Radio unit.

Can anyone tell me how to get to it to plug it in?

I may be wrong, but there is a 9 pin cable that connects the changer to the factory head unit. But it's 9 pins on each end. Don't know it there is an adapter that connects directly to that. What I did was install a factory cassette deck and cable I got on ebay then got a cassette adapter to play my mp3 player through. Works great.

Thanks for the info so far!
Keep it coming, I'm still unsure of how to get to the back of the stereo system to connect the wiring.
to make it clear, I have the factory stereoCD/Cassette I do not have the CD changer. I'm trying to make use of the CD Changer connection to add my iPod to the system.
I was thinking I could use something like this http://www.autotoys.com/x/catalog/AU...ES_p_4576.html
