smoking?

i have an '85 Ford Tempo and everytime i turn the car off it starts to smoke. could it be the valve cover gasket?

2 - I'd say it's about time that you buy a new car (something other than a Ford)

i have since gotten rid of the car.
it was a reliable vehicle.
