my friend had a 2000 Sonata .... does it need an install kit ?
She said it sticks out when you slide it onto the sleeve. Also, does anyone know of a site that shows how to remove the old radio and the wiring scheme for the factory harness. Installdr does not have Hyundai in their database.

go to www.hmaservice.com and select the model shop manual you want and you can print that page out which gives the removal and installation procedures.
