Flat paint?

Okay i was spraying my model. trying a different method..i will never do this method again...something like wait any hour then 5 hours then 10 hours then one day and argh...made me mad..it made my paint look flat..or is it the paint. i got Tamiya TS-2 Dark Green. Is it suppose to be a flat color? because its annoying me! I think a clear coat will make it shiny..but i dont know yet..anyways..

Can you guys tell me what caused it to be so flat?

see?

Looks to be starting off well. Actually what you could do is treat the matt green as an undercoat and buy some gloss green to finish it off. The TS colours British and Racing Green are glossy.

No it's not. Where did you get the idea that TS2 Dark Green is is a flat color?

See http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/pla...clacquers.html for tutorial on using these paints.
