My right headlight never turns off

Low beams work, high beams work. But then if I turn the headlights off, the right low beam stays on. Weird?

do u have daytime running lights possibly and the left one doesn't work??

No Running lights. Just headlights. One never turns off....

Right headlamp stays on 24/7 unless I disconnect it
