BOV silencer?
i was at subway today and this civic and 300ZX Turbo drove in and i over heard them talking and the guy with the 300ZX Said he took off the silencer on his stock blow off valve and it sounded awsome, i didn't want to ask him about it nor did i get a chance to listen to it, but do stock bov's have "silencers" that you can remove? or were they just another pair of ricers

we have silencers, they are in the intake T pipe where the blow off valve hooks up to, its the thing that looks like it disperses the air into two different directions. You can pry it out. I did when i had the intake t-pipe, it really didnt make any difference in the bov sound when i removed it.
