Need Help With Billet Grille*

hey, i got a 97 explorer Sport V6 4.0L SOHC. i am currently trying to make some modifications to it to make it a little cooler. one of the things i am trying to do is install a billet or speed grille. however i have seen various explorers with the crossbar grills (97's 98's etc) with billet/speed grilles, but they were installed in a way that it covered up only the top and the bottom and left the middle bar and the ford emblem exposed. i cannot figure out how to do this for the life of me. i am including a link with a picture of an example from someone else's explorer. thanks
(scroll down a little, pic is on the right)
