Need Axle Information!!

Does anyone know which S-10's had the 10 bolt rear-ends with the heavier axles? I have a brand new Auburn Gear posi-unit and I cant use it as I have the smaller tapered axles. Im not sure if these came in the 4.3 Liter s-10's only. Any information will be good! Thanks!
