Window down feature

I have a 2000 maxima se. My brother also has one. They are completely identical right down to the sticker price. On his car when he holds the unlock button on the remote down for a few seconds the front windows go down. On mine they do not. Is there a way to turn that on and off? Could there be a relay missing on mine? Please Help.

Thanks,
Mike

your brother has a 2000? or a 2002? or a 1999? Because in the 4th gens (97-99), you could do that, Then Nissan took out this feature in the 2000, and 2001. Then they brought it back for 2002. Figure that one out...

He's right, they did remove it for the 5th gen's. Only those 2 years though. Your bro must have a ringer, my brother's 2k1 I30 doesn't do it, but my 2k3 does, and my dad's '98 does too..
