an apexi SAFC is a piggy back setup that intercepts signals from the sensor of your car's on board computers. and what it does is that it tricks the ECU ( electronic control unit ) change the duty cycle of each injector pulse width. however the AFC alone can not know how much % duty cycle to vary by putting larger injectors. you need to put it on a dyno with a wide band O2 sensor hooked up so you can get a good and accurate Air fuel ratio. and its only good for one setting.
example: my car is tuned to only run on 9 psi of boost and nothing more. if i decided to lower my boost, i will run too rich. if i decided to raise the boost, i will run too lean.

there are engine managment systems which you can program yourself, but unless you know what your doing, it isnt a good idea. But it can make it so you want to change your boost, richen yourself out or lean yourself out you can with ease!
(and many MANY other things) I seen it! I seen it!...it was beautifull

I still confused on the whole fuel controller thing as well??? So say i also buy an ARC 2 right. I go down to get it dynoed, and hook an 02 sensor up 2 it. then how do i find out the duty % cyle from that??? and then all i do if plug that number into my fuel controller, and im ready to roll???? im totally lost
thanks

Re: fuel controllers
You figure out the duty cycle by finding out how much larger the fuel injectors you put in are over stock. Hypothetically, if you had 100cc injectors stock and put 200cc injectors in, the duty cycle would be 100%. Obviously the computer won't compensate that high, but you get the picture. The wideband I beleive is used to tune at certian RPM bands to get a desired A/F at specific RPM ranges. Somebody correct if that is wrong. BTW, tat, what size T04 are you using?
