Explorer Disc Breaks Squeal

I own a 97' Ford Explorer and recently the Disc Brakes only on the right side started to squeal WITHOUT the brake pedal being depressed. Once the brake pedal is depressed the squeal stops until i take my foot off the brake pedal in which the squeal starts right back up again....After the squeal/squeak started I changed both the front brake pads with a good brand and I went through the break-in phase to remove any gloss on the new pads that might be causing the same squeal/squeak but even with the new pads installed the same exact sound emits from the front right wheel area continously until, like I stated in the previous post, I depress the brake pedal. Also, at slower speeds the squeal/squeak is almost rhymitic like squeak...squeak...squeak... but when I reach speeds above 25 its just a continous squeal.

Brakes make a rhythmic scraping noise at low speeds:
As you step on the brake pedal to stop while moving at low speeds, you notice a rhythmic scraping noise. As the car slows, the frequency of the noise also slows. The noise doesn't seem to be there when braking from high speeds. Sometimes the noise is more noticeable than at other times. The problem usually occurs suddenly.
P.S. the noise only happens with my foot OFF the pedal

There is a product out there that you put on the pad itself that will stop the noise. I just put this on the pad and let it soak in for 30 minutes and put the pads back on. I own a 95 Explorer and I have never had a noise problem with the brakes. My 2000 Neon has "very" noisy rear drum brakes. I soaked the rear brake shoes with this stuff and so far so good. Your noise sounds like something that has to do with a warped rotor. I will check to see what this product is called and get back to you. John

Turns out it was the rear disc break squealer and I thought it was the front...haha
