new tires?

I'm looking to get new tires for my 99 bu, and I'm wondering what kind should I get. I currently have the firestone affinity tires on and they were ok, but i'm looking to get better than average tires, for better ride and performance, that isn't expenseive as well, -so does anyone have suggestions?

Yep, great suggestion for ya.

Goodyear Eagle GT IIs. Excellent tire, much quieter than the damn Affinitys. Replaced them on my '98 LS and then what happened? I traded it for an '04 Maxx. Now stuck with sucky Bridgestones. Grrr....
